Zeynep Celik, M.I.P.D., is a research fellow at the Center on Health Insurance Reforms (CHIR) at Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. At CHIR, her research focuses on access and affordability in diabetes care and medical debt protections. Prior to joining CHIR, she worked as a consultant at KPMG, supporting the Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight with data analytics related to surprise billing tracking and issuer activity in state and federal insurance markets. Celik earned a master of international development policy degree from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and a B.A. in economics and mathematics from Georgetown University.
