Kendal Orgera, Ph.D., is a health care consultant for Blu Omega. She is a health policy researcher with extensive experience in statistical programming and population and health-related quantitative analyses. Her work covers many health policy topics, including Medicaid, Medicare, the uninsured, health care costs, social drivers of health, health equity, COVID-19, Alzheimer’s disease, aging, mental health, and rural health. Prior to joining Blu Omega, Orgera was lead research analyst at the Association of American Medical Colleges, and before that was a senior data analyst at KFF. Orgera earned a Ph.D. in health policy from the George Washington University and an M.P.H. from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.
