Hannah Neprash

Hannah Neprash, Ph.D., is an associate professor of health policy and management at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. She is a health economist whose research focuses on the delivery and financing of health care. As the expense and complexity of American health care continues to grow, Neprash works to build a more efficient and resilient health care system. Her research studies new threats (cyberattacks in health care), persistent challenges (public insurance reimbursement design), and emerging opportunities (artificial intelligence in medicine). Neprash earned a Ph.D. in health policy from Harvard University.
