Ezra Golberstein, Ph.D., is a professor of health policy and management at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. He is a health policy researcher and heath economist whose work focuses on mental health services and policy, health care provider behavior, and health care financing. Golberstein earned a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan and was a National Institute of Mental Health postdoc in mental health economics at Harvard Medical School prior to joining the University of Minnesota.
