Emily L. Hague, Ph.D., is a health services researcher at Mathematica Policy Research, where she focuses on describing and evaluating care delivery and payment innovations. Her work has included studying the impact of alternative payment models and primary care reforms; quantifying trends in the vertical and horizontal integration of provider organizations and payers, and the impacts of integration on cost and quality; and designing and implementing value-based care strategies at provider organizations. Hague earned a Ph.D. in health policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.S. in health care policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University.
