Corinne Vizzacchero

Senior Fellow, Public Policy Lab

Headshot of Corinne Vizzacchero

Corinne Vizzacchero, a senior fellow at the Public Policy Lab (PPL), is a design researcher and strategist with a focus on inclusive design in government. She believes human-centered design is uniquely suited to the work of government, where serving people’s needs is both good policy and sound strategy. Vizzacchero has served as director of design research and strategy on Dr. Vivek Murthy’s Design and Innovation team at the U.S. Office of the Surgeon General, where she helped make science and policy expertise more accessible and actionable for the general public. She also served as an Innovation Fellow at The Lab at OPM (Office of Personnel Management), helping federal agencies to better understand the intertwined employee and public experiences of service delivery, and to design people-centered products and processes. Prior to civil service, she worked as a brand designer for both corporate and nonprofit clients, and as a design educator. Vizzacchero holds an M.F.A. in design from Yale University.
