Allison Colbert, M.P.H., is an independent health policy advisor with 20 years of experience in international relations, health policy analysis, and interdisciplinary communication. She has lived and worked in six countries, addressing complex global health challenges at the intersection of innovation, access, and equity through her work at the World Health Organization, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, Avalere Health, and the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. Her expertise spans pharmaceutical pricing, health technology assessment, and sustainable innovation models, with a focus on improving patient access to both essential and innovative therapies. Colbert earned a master’s degree in public health from the University of Sheffield, a master’s degree in biostatistics and epidemiology from the École des Hautes Études en Santé Publique, and a bachelor’s degree in biochemical sciences from Harvard University.
